Site Settings

Open “Daftar situs” (Site list), select a site, then click Pengaturan (Settings) in the sidebar’s “Situs ini” (This site) section. The settings appear in order from top to bottom: the “Hubungkan AI agent (MCP)” (Connect AI agent (MCP)) card, the “Samakan dengan situs (tanpa kode)” (Match with site (no code)) card, the “Data situs” (Site data) card, then “Zona berbahaya” (Danger zone) to remove the site. Admins also have an “Setelan lanjutan” (Advanced settings) section.

Change it in the "Data situs" (Site data) card in Choose site → Pengaturan (Settings), then click "Simpan" (Save). There are three fields you can change: Site name, Base URL (main address with https://, for example https://situsmu.com), and Sitemap path (leave blank for /sitemap.xml).

The site name is also used as the bot name and greeting in the widget, unless you have already filled them in at Choose site → Widget → Editor. The Site ID cannot be changed, as its value is embedded in the widget code already installed and in the chat history.

The sitemap is rechecked before the changes are saved, and this can take a dozen seconds. If the sitemap is not at the address you entered, it will search other common addresses. If it still cannot be found, an error message will appear along with the address checked. Changing the name alone does not trigger a sitemap check.

Changing the Base URL does not change the contents of the knowledge base. The chatbot will still answer from the old address content until you open Choose site → Knowledge base and run "Periksa" (Check), then "Terapkan" (Apply).

The "Hubungkan AI agent (MCP)" (Connect AI agent (MCP)) card in Choose site → Pengaturan (Settings) contains a "Buat token" (Create token) button and a list of "Token aktif di akunmu" (Active tokens in your account). The token appears only once when created, so copy it immediately. To revoke, click "Cabut" (Revoke) then click again when the button changes to "Klik lagi untuk mencabut" (Click again to revoke).

The token belongs to your account, not to a single site, so the list is the same on all sites. One token can change the appearance of the widget on all your sites, but cannot change the allowed domains, WhatsApp, or chatbot content. Creating a token requires an email that has been verified, and there can be a maximum of 10 active tokens.

Open Choose site → Pengaturan (Settings), scroll to "Zona berbahaya" (Danger zone), then click "Hapus situs" (Delete site). In the dialog that appears, type the site ID of that site exactly as written, then click "Hapus permanen" (Delete permanently). The button will only be active if what you type matches.

Permanent deletion and cannot be undone. After successful deletion, you will return to "Daftar situs" (Site List).

• All knowledge base text snippets. If the site is added again, its content must be read from scratch.
• All visitor chat history sessions and test sessions.
• All widget monitoring records for that site.
• Widget configurations, persona, and guardrail messages.

Widgets already embedded on the website will stop responding. The "Hapus situs" (Delete site) dialog displays the number of text snippets and chat sessions that will be lost before you confirm.

"Setelan lanjutan" (Advanced settings) is a section in Pilih situs → Pengaturan (Select site → Settings) that only appears for InWebChatBot admins. Regular site owners won’t see it. It controls how thoroughly site content is filtered and the length of text snippets when the knowledge base is read. The default settings work for most sites.
