About billing
What counts as one chat?
One visitor question answered by the bot counts as one AI reply—not one visitor or session. If one visitor asks five questions, that uses five AI replies. The opening greeting and dashboard test chats do not count.
What if the quota runs out?
All sites in your account share one AI reply allowance. Once it runs out, the widget stays visible, but the bot reports that the service is unavailable. Every plan resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 WIB (UTC+7). The widget never suddenly disappears.
Can I pay every 3 months or yearly?
Yes, and you save. Starter: ≈$30 for 3 months or ≈$80 yearly. Pro: ≈$50 or ≈$170. Studio: ≈$150 or ≈$550. The AI reply allowance still resets every month.
How do I pay?
Via QRIS or bank transfer, from the dashboard. QRIS (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, m-banking) is paid on the Mayar page, and your plan activates automatically a few seconds after payment is received. Bank transfer: transfer the exact amount shown (including a 3-digit unique code), then confirm via WhatsApp; our admin will check the account statement and activate your plan, usually within 1–3 hours during service hours (every day 08.00–21.00 WIB).
Is it auto-renewed?
No. Paid plans are prepaid: each payment adds 30, 90, or 365 days to your active period, and there are no automatic charges. If you don’t renew, your account reverts to the Free plan 3 days after your active period expires.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. If you switch between Starter, Pro, or Studio while your current plan is active, the remaining period is converted using the daily value you paid and added to the new plan, so no paid time is wasted.
