Plans, pricing, and payment

There are four plans. Free is Rp0. Starter costs Rp149.000 monthly, Rp399.000 for 3 months (save 11%), or Rp1.400.000 yearly (save 22%). Pro costs Rp320.000 monthly, Rp800.000 for 3 months (save 17%), or Rp3.000.000 yearly (save 22%). Studio costs Rp1.000.000 monthly, Rp2.650.000 for 3 months (save 12%), or Rp9.600.000 yearly (save 20%).

Pricing is paid upfront for the entire period and does not include VAT.

• Free: 1 site, 100 AI replies per month, 7-day history, manual knowledge base updates, and the Powered by InWebChatBot label remains visible.
• Starter: 1 site, 3,000 AI replies per month, 30-day history, manual knowledge base updates, and the branding label remains visible.
• Pro: Up to 3 sites, 15,000 AI replies per month, 90-day history, weekly automatic knowledge base updates, and removable branding.
• Studio: Up to 50 sites, 50,000 AI replies per month, unlimited history, weekly automatic knowledge base updates, and removable branding.

Your account's AI reply allowance is shared by all its sites, not assigned per site. One AI reply is one visitor question answered—not one person or conversation; five questions from one visitor use five replies. Opening greetings and dashboard test chats do not count. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 WIB. Persona, allowed domains, monitoring, and appearance matching are included in every plan.

Open Account & Plan in the sidebar. Choose Upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Studio under Compare plans. If you are already on a paid plan, select Renew followed by your plan name.

On checkout, select a plan and billing period. The Summary shows your Active until date and full price. Choose Pay, then a payment method. Subscribe to Starter, Pro, or Studio buttons on Pricing lead here after login if needed.

On the payment page, select “Pay via transfer”. Transfer the exact amount displayed, including the 3-digit unique code at the end (e.g., Rp320.000 becomes Rp320.123), to one of the BRI or JAGO accounts shown. The “Copy amount” button helps avoid typos.

After transferring, click “Confirm via WhatsApp”. An admin will check the account statement, not screenshots, and then activate your plan. Expect 1–3 hours during service hours, every day 08.00–21.00 WIB. Orders are valid for 3 days. The payment page checks status automatically every minute and can be closed.

If a QRIS card is available in the “Choose payment method” step, you can select it alongside Bank Transfer. You will be taken to the Mayar payment page to pay with GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, or m-banking, and your plan will be activated automatically after payment is received.

If the QRIS card says “Coming soon”, QRIS is not yet available and the only option is bank transfer. If you have already paid via QRIS but your plan is not active, use the “Chat admin via WhatsApp” link on the same page. If the Mayar payment link expires, you will be returned to the payment method selection to create a new order.

The new plan starts immediately and the remaining days of the old plan are converted into days for the new plan, calculated from the actual price per day you paid and rounded down. No days are lost. The payment page displays the result in the “Remaining” line followed by the old plan name, and “Active until”.

If you renew the same plan, days are added after the existing expiry date. If you switch to a plan with fewer sites than you already own, checkout warns you: existing sites continue working and share the monthly allowance, but you cannot add more sites.

Your account reverts to the Free plan 3 days after the active period expires. Paid plans are prepaid: each payment adds 30, 90, or 365 days, and there are no automatic charges or renewals.

You can renew from Account & Plan during the 3-day grace period. After downgrade, Free limits apply: 1 site, 100 AI replies per month, and 7-day history. There are no email reminders yet, so check your Active until date in Account & Plan.

Click the “Hubungi kami” (Contact us) link on the Pricing page or at the bottom of Compare plans in Account & plan. For needs above 50 sites or custom quota, a custom Business plan is available and agreed upon via email.
