Where can I see widget traffic?

There are two places. Monitoring in the sidebar (/dashboard/monitoring) shows traffic across all sites, and “Pilih situs” (Select site) → Widget → Monitoring shows traffic for a single site.

If your account has only one site, Monitoring displays that site’s panel directly, with a "Buka di halaman situs" (Open on site page) button. If you have more than one site, select a site from the "Pilih Situs" (Select Site) list (there’s a search field), or select "Semua Situs" (All Sites) for combined data. The combined view adds a "Trafik per situs" (Traffic per site) table showing the Successful, Blocked, and Error counts for each site.

What does the 24-hour Traffic graph mean?

The "Trafik 24 jam terakhir" (Last 24-hour Traffic) graph shows the number of chats per hour in three series: Successful, Blocked, and Error. Above it are three total numbers: Successful Chats, Blocked (domain, rate limit, quota), and Errors. The trend arrow compares the newer half of the period to the previous half.

  • Successful: visitor messages answered by the bot.
  • Blocked: messages rejected before reaching the chatbot, due to an unauthorized domain, rate limiting, or a message quota being reached.
  • Error: messages that failed to be answered due to an issue with the chat service.

Click Refresh to load the latest data. If there has been no chat in the last 24 hours, the graph displays “Belum ada trafik widget dalam 24 jam terakhir.” (No widget traffic in the last 24 hours).

How do I read the latest Blocked Activity table?

The "Aktivitas diblokir terbaru" (Latest Blocked Activity) table lists up to the last 20 events in the last 24 hours that failed. The columns are Time, Domain (the site where the widget was called), IP, and Reason. In the combined view, there’s an additional Site column.

  • Domain not allowed: the widget was called from a domain not on the “Domain yang diizinkan” (Allowed Domains) list.
  • Rate limit per IP: a visitor sent more than 3 messages per minute, or more than 50 messages per day to one site.
  • Rate limit per site: a site received more than 20 messages per minute from all visitors.
  • Message quota exceeded: the chat quota for your account plan has been used up.
  • Error from chat service: the bot failed to answer due to a problem with the service.

Why are there many “Domain not allowed” activities in Monitoring?

This means there are chats coming from a domain not on the “Domain yang diizinkan” (Allowed Domains) list. Look at the Domain column in the table to see which domain is being rejected.

If the domain belongs to your own site, add it in Pilih situs → Widget → Editor, section ② “Domain yang diizinkan” (Allowed Domains), then click “Simpan domain” (Save domain). Entering situs.com covers www.situs.com and other subdomains, but entering www.situs.com alone doesn’t cover situs.com. If the domain is unfamiliar, your code may have been copied to another site, and that rejection is the domain list doing its job.

Why is there “Message quota exceeded” activity?

The chat quota for your account plan has been used up, and that quota is shared by all sites in the account. Free has 100, Starter 3,000, Pro 15,000, and Studio 50,000 AI replies per month (reset on the 1st at 00:00 WIB).

When the quota is reached, the widget remains on your site but the bot replies that the service is unavailable. Check your usage in Akun & paket (Account & plan), where you can also upgrade or renew your plan.

Why is the Monitoring graph empty even though the widget is installed?

The graph only counts the last 24 hours, so it will be empty if there has been no chat during that time. Send a message through the widget on your site, then click Refresh.

If it’s still empty, go to Pilih situs → Widget → Editor and check the status at the top: “Terpasang di” (Installed on) followed by your domain means the widget is in use, while “Belum terpasang di situsmu” (Not yet installed on your site) means the code hasn’t reached the site.
